here diljit is acting as role of  fateh singh a mischeivious persons and a is village guy and he is a very much crazy about marrying a foreign girl here in canada so that he could get the citizenship and can be settled there and on the other hand neeru bajwa is playing the role of a modern girl pooja who wants to go to canada for her further studies of fashion designing.

there first meeting happens at the airport office when fateh was not able to fill his form because lack of english then he asks pooja to help him in filling his form.

this all movies revolves around that how they again and again meet. in canada but pooja does not likes fateh for his mischiviousness and wants be away from him but destiny does not want that.

as in canada pooja lost his bag and then she has look for cheaper place to live and again there he found fateh singh and where they share the apartment and slowly - slowly they work in the restaurant for daily bread in canada where they became freinds and started falling in love but don't want to admit that . but as time goes on fateh started realising that there is something happening with him he is falling in love with pooja than there comes a twist about pooja's fiance who  came to canada to take pooja back to india. then Fateh leaves for India to bring Pooja back to his life but after hearing that pooja got married with yuvraj his heart broke, but after a while he met yuvraj and tells the whole story that they didn't get married and pooja is still single fateh proposes  pooja. and here is a happy ENDING OF THIS MOVIE.
